Section 95(2) in The Punjab State Election Commission Act, 1994
(2)Where an application for withdrawal is made under sub-section (1), notice thereof fixing a date for the hearing of the application, shall be given to all the concerned parties to the election petition and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
