Section 30(2) in Assam Panchayat (Constitution) Rules, 1995
(2)The Presiding Officer shall close the polling station at the hour fixed in this behalf and shall not admit thereto any elector after that hour:Provided that all electors present at the Polling Station before is closed, shall be entitled to cast their votes.
