Section 1 in THE BIHAR APPROPRIATION (No.-3) ACT, 2019
1. Short title, extent and commencement .—
(1)This Act may be called the Bihar Appropriation (No.-3) Act, 2019.(2)It shall extend to whole of the state of Bihar.(3)It shall come intoforce with effect from 1st April 2019.
