Section 22(h) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Consumers) Regulations, 2007
(h)The aggrieved person shall be entitled to take the assistance of any person, which may include an advocate, or an association/society of which he is a member, or an NGO, for putting forth his cases before the Forum.
