Section 51(1) in Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019
(1)To ensure the compliance of the provisions of this Act, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations made thereunder, the Uttar Pradesh State Higher Education Council shall be the nodal agency.
