Section 43D in The Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015
43D. Some group transactions involve repayment arrangements that require one group entity to pay another group entity for the provision of the share-based payments to the suppliers of goods or services. In such cases, the entity that receives the goods or services shall account for the share-based payment transaction in accordance with paragraph 43B regardless of intra-group repayment arrangements.
