Pending applications for conferral of bhumiswami rights.- All applications by bhumidharis for conferral of bhumiswami rights pending before any Revenue Court in the Mahakoshal region immediately before the coming into force of this Code whether in appeal, revision, review or otherwise, shall be filed and the amount, if any, deposited by such bhumidharis shall be refunded to them. |
