- The Municipality shall establish a Sinking Fund in respect of each loan raised under Section 107 for the repayment of money borrowed, or debentures issued, and shall, every year, pay into such Sinking Fund such sum as shall be sufficient for the repayment, within the period fixed for the loan, of the money borrowed or the debentures issued.
