Section 10(1) in Roerich and Devikarani Roerich Estate (Acquisition and Transfer) Act, 1996
(1)On the vesting of the management of the Estate in the Board all persons incharge of the management of the Estate immediately before such vesting shall be bound to deliver to the Board all assets, books of accounts, registers or other documents in their custody relating to the Estate.
