- If a member-(a)becomes subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in Section 5 ; or(b)tenders his resignation in writing to the State Government and the resignation accepted ; or(c)is absent without the permission of the Board from three successive ordinary meetings, he shall cease to be a member.
