(a)These rules may be cited as the Uttar Pradesh Factories Rules, 1950.(b)These rules shall extend to the whole of the Uttar Pradesh.(c)These rules, except Rules 52, 59, 64, 65, 67, 68, 69, 70 and 109 shall come into force on April 1, 1951 and Rules 52, 59, 64, 65, 67, 68, 69, 70 and 109 shall come into force on such dates as are specified thereunder.
