Section 31 in The Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Rules, 2014
31.
If any person submits or produces any document to the Central Government or any authority under the Ordinance or these rules, such document shall be accompanied by an affidavit regarding its genuineness and if it is discovered subsequently that such document is false or incorrect, he shall be liable under the law for the time being in force.
