(1)If no suitable person is willing to take the land on lease under section 175 and the amount of arrear remains unpaid, the Collector or the Assistant Collector authorised by the Collector may proceed to sell the whole or part of the land in respect of which the land revenue is in arrears, by public auction and the provisions of section 184 to section 205 shall mutatis mutandis apply.
