140. Application for permit under Chapter-VI of the Act.
- Every application for permit shall be made in the form prescribed under Rule 73 and shall be accompanied by a fee prescribed under Rule 74 and shall be made not less than two weeks before the date on which it is desired that the permit shall take effect.Chapter-VII Construction, Equipment and Maintenance of Motor Vehicles
