Mr. Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, AAG, Punjab MAHESH GROVER, J Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in similar situations and cases of similarly placed persons, the following directions have been given:-

"Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with the directions that the petitioner shall present itself before the respondent no.3 on any working day between 14.2.2011 to 17.2.2011 and comply with all the formalities. The petitioner shall render all the relevant material to the respondents who upon evaluation of the same shall determine the amount due and release the same to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter."

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and noticing the fact that the controversy is similar to what was raised in the aforesaid CWP No.17095 of 2010 (O&M) 2 similar petition, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the aforesaid order and to direct the petitioner to present itself before the respondent no.3 on any working day between 28.2.2011 to 4.3.2011 and comply with all the formalities.
