Section 10(1) in Indira Gandhi Technological and The Medical Sciences University Act, 2012
(1)The Vice-Chancellor of the University shall be of appointed by the Chancellor from out of a panel of not less than three persons recommended by a Committee consisting of three persons of whom, one shall be nominated by the Chancellor; one by the Governing Council and one by the World Institution Building Programme (WIBP)
