Section 14 in Jammu and Kashmir School Education Act, 2002
14. Duties of Manager
The duties of Manager shall include the following:-(i)he shall be responsible for the administration of the school in accordance with the provisions of this Act;(ii)all the property, both movable and immovable shall be in the possession of the Manager who shall be responsible for maintaining them in proper condition;(iii)he shall maintain the records and the accounts of the school in such manner as may be prescribed; and(iv)he shall be bound to render assistance and facilities as are necessary for proper management of the schools.
