Section 75(1) in The Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922
(1)The chairman shall cause all rules made under section 73 or section 74 and for the time being in force to be printed, and shall cause printed copies thereof to be delivered to any applicant on payment of such fees as may be fixed.
