210. Period within which executive authority is to grant or refuse to grant permission to execute the work.
- Within fourteen days after the receipt of any application made under section 208 for permission to construct or reconstruct a hut or of any information or plan or further information or fresh plan required under rules or by-laws, the executive authority shall by written order either grant such permission or refuse on one or more of the grounds mentioned in section 212 to grant it.
