Section 8(2)(a) in The Delhi Prevention Of Begging Rules, 1960

(a)Notwithstanding anything hereinbefore contained, a Medical Officer who in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 26 of the Act examines a person shall carefully and thoroughly examine all parts of the body of such person and shall-

(i)record the result of his examination in Form B if the person is in good health and in Form C if he is not in good health,

(ii)keep a copy of such record in the history sheet of the person concerned, and

(iii)report the result of his examination to the Superintendent:
