Section 2(b) in Jammu and Kashmir Governors Special Security Force Act, 2018
(b)"Active duty" in relation to a Member of the Force means any duty as such member during the period when he is posted to physically protect the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir and the Members of his immediate family, wherever he or they may be ;
