Section 4(1) in The Goa Sewerage System and Sanitation Services Management Rules, 2010
(1)Domestic Category:(i)Consumers having treated piped water supply connection lawfully obtained from water supply systems controlled by PWD; and(ii)Consumers having their own arrangements, partly or fully, for potable water or otherwise, resulting into the generation of wastewater/sewage.
