Section 90B(ii) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1965
(ii)an order for the winding up of an insured co-operative bank shall be made under the provisions of this Act if so required by the Reserve Bank in the circumstances referred to in the Section 13-D of the said Act;
