(3)[ Every person to whom a licence has been issued under sub-section (2) shall maintain the slaughter house in a hygienic manner and make necessary arrangements for the disposal of waste, failing which, the Secretary shall cancel the said licence forthwith.] [Added by Act 14 of 1999. w.e.f. 24-3-1999.]
