(3)After spending his leave he shall present himself at the Jail from where he was released, but in the event of accident, disease, natural calamity, such prisoner can surrender himself at any other nearest Police Station with proper ground.Note :- Provided that no prisoner shall claim leave as a right for leave granted under these rules.]
