Section 61 in Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1976
61. Authentication of orders and other instruments of Board.
(1)All orders and decisions of the Board shall be authenticated by the signature of the Secretary or any other officer of the Board authorised in writing by the Board in this behalf.(2)The Managing Member or any officer of the Board authorised in writing in this behalf may sign on behalf of the Board any agreement or other instrument to be executed on behalf of the Board.
