Section 2 in The Indian Penal Code (Orissa Amendment) Act, 1995
2. Amendment to Section 354.
- In the First Schedule to the said Code, in the entry in Column 5 relating to Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860) for the word "Bailable" the word "non-bailable" shall be substituted.
