23A. [ Special power of the Syndicate. [Inserted by Act 2 of 1994, w.e.f. 22-10-1993.]
- Notwithstanding any thing contained in this Act, the Syndicate shall exercise all the powers and perform all the functions of the Senate except the power of review under sub-section (1) of section 19 till the reconstitution of the Senate.] [Inserted by Act 23 of 1977, w.e.f. 1-2-1976.]
