Section 6(3) in Bihar Gram Katchahry Nyaya Mitra (Employment, Service Conditions and Duties) Rules, 2007
(3)Application in prescribed form (Schedule-I) shall be received in the office of the Block Development Officer concerned. The Block Development Officer will nominate Gram Panchayat Supervisor or in his/her absence any other block level supervisor as Nodal Officer for this purpose who will receive applications and give receipt to the applicants and maintain them in the register Katchahry-wise.
