Section 1 in The Telecommunication Mobile Number Portability Per Port Transaction Charge and Dipping Charge Regulations, 2009
1. Short title and commencement. -(1) These regulations may be called the Telecommunication Mobile Number Portability Per Port Transaction Charge and Dipping Charge Regulations, 2009.(a) Except as otherwise provided in clause (b), these regulations shall come into force on the 31st day of December, 2009.
(b)Regulation 5 of these regulations shall come into force from the date 1 of publication of these regulations in the Official Gazette.
