Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Transmission Standards of Performance) Regulation, 2007
1. Short title and Commencement.
- 1.1 This Regulation may be called the "Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Transmission Standards of Performance) Regulation, 2007".1.2This Regulation shall be applicable to the State Transmission Utility/ Transmission Licensee in the State of Andhra Pradesh.1.3This Regulation extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.1.4This Regulation shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of Andhra Pradesh.
