(4)The High Court may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, direct by notification in the Official Gazette that appeals lying to the District Judge under sub-section (2) from all or any of the decrees or orders of any [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] [Substituted 'Civil Judges (Junior Division)' by Rajasthan Act No. 15 of 2014] shall be preferred to the Court of such [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act No. 2 of 1994 w.e.f. 29.1.1994.] as may be mentioned in the Notification and appeals shall thereupon be preferred accordingly.][21A. Applicability of section 21 to certain suits. - The provisions of section 21 as amended by the Rajasthan Civil Courts [(Amendment) Act, 1992 (Rajasthan Act 20 of 1992] [Inserted by Rajasthan Act 29 of 1957 [20-11-1957].], shall apply to all suits and proceedings instituted before and pending at the commencement of the said Act.]
