Parties present:         The appellant is present for video conference at NIC studio, Amroha. The 

Public Authority is  represented by Ms. Punam and Mr. Rajiv Pandey. 


FACTS: 2.   The appellant is seeking information regarding the details of affiliation of a school at 

Gajrola and the related matters. Claiming that he had not been provided complete information by  the Public Authority, he approached the Commission in second appeal after exhausting the first  appeal. 

DECISION

3.  Both the parties made their submissions. The appellant says that the school referred by him in  his RTI application, namely Naval Public School is breaching so many norms of affiliation and the  CBSE has not taken any action on the said school for breaching the norms.  On the other hand,  CIC/CC/A/2014/002149­SA Page 1 the respondent officers submitted they had furnished to the appellant   what all the information  available with them and which all the affiliated schools normally send to them for getting affiliation  with the CBSE.  But the appellant is not satisfied with the response.  The Commission, therefore,  advised the appellant, to draft a comprehensive complaint against the said school and send the  same to the respondent/CBSE, which is directed to examine the same and furnish the action  taken report to the appellant within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint from the  appellant. 

4.    The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
