166. House-drain, closed cesspool, etc.
- Where any premises is in the opinion of the Chief Executive Officer without sufficient means or effective drainage, the Chief Executive Officer may by written notice require the owner of the premises to construct a house-drain up to a point to be specified in the notice or to construct a closed cesspool and drains emptying into such cesspool in such manner as may be determined by regulation.
