Section 67(3) in The Daman And Diu Panchayat Regulation, 2012
(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Regulation, the President or the VicePresident shall not preside over a meeting in which motion of no confidence is discussed against him, but he shall have a right to speak or otherwise take part in the proceedings of such meetings.
