2. This report is filed seeking direction to release the professional fees to the advocate who were appointed to represent Spanco Limited, the company in liquidation.
3. Mr. Chauhan, the Dy. Official Liquidator submits that the one of the proceedings before the High Court at Delhi has since been disposed.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the report stands disposed with liberty to the Official Liquidator to file a fresh report along with the copies of the final/last order passed in the subject proceedings.
