Section 27(2) in Rajasthan Monuments, Archaeological Sites and Antiquities Rules, 1968
(2)Where the breach of any rule or condition of a licensee has been committed by the agent or servant of a licensee, the licensee himself shall be punishable as if he has himself committed such breach.
