Section 17(2) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Lands Record Of Tenancy Rights Act, 1969
(2)No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused by virtue of any provision of this Act or by anything which is in good faith done of intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules made thereunder.
