UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 31 st March, 2015, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime (North), Delhi has video-recorded the statement of Mr.Rahul in the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 01.04.2015 and later the statement was translated.
Shri Luthra, learned senior counsel has produced a sealed cover containing two D.V.D.s and two video-recorded Cassettes as well as the recorded statement.
We have opened the sealed cover in presence of Shri Hansaria, learned Amicus Curiae and Shri Luthra, learned senior counsel and went through the statement so recorded.
In our opinion, before coming to a conclusion in the matter, we want Shri Hansaria, learned Amicus Curiae, to go into the video-recording as well as transcripted version and also the hand-written statement and its translation.
Accordingly, we direct the Registry to hand over the aforesaid D.V.D.s and Cassettes as well as the transcripted version of the same and also the hand-written statement and its translation to Shri Vijay Hansaria, learned amicus curiae.
List the matter on 21st April, 2015.
