Section 4(2)(ii) in The Bihar Government Premises (Rent, Recovery and Eviction) Rules, 1957

(ii)where Government premises are entered into in pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2), an inventory of the articles found in the premises shall be made in the presence of two witnesses and such articles shall be stored in safe custody.
