Section 7(1) in Jharkhand Excise (Country Liquor Manufacturing, Bottling and Storage) Rules, 2018
(1)On receipt of the application under sub-rule(3) of rule 6, the Collector shall examine the suitability of the site and the buildings on which the plant is set up and verify the correctness of the particulars and documents enclosed along with the application.
