Section 25(3) in Karnataka Universities of Agricultural Sciences Act, 1963
(3)The term of office of the members of the Board other than ex-officio members shall be three years:Provided that the term of office of any member nominated to fill a casual vacancy shall be the residuary term of his predecessor.
