(6)Where a hospital. ambulance room or dispensary is maintained at or within 200 metres of the precincts of the factory and arrangements are made as to ensure immediate treatment of all injuries sustained by workers within the factory and for providing rest to the workers so injured, the Chief Inspector of Factories may by an order in writing exempt any factory from the requirements of this rule, subject to such conditions as he may specify in that order.Rules 69 to 75 prescribed under section 46
