Section 44(1) in The Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Act, 1980
(1)There shall be an Executive Committee which shall consist of-(a)the Chairman of the Board of Directors;(b)the Managing Director of the Corporation ; and(c)three other members elected by the Board from among the Directors of whom at least one shall be a Director nominated under Clause (xii) of Sub-section (2) of Section 4.
