No person shall be allowed to enter the distillery except the licensee, any director of a company owning the distillery, any Government official or police officer whose duties require him to enter the distillery, and person introduced by the licensee or director, the manager and any person whose name has been entered on the list maintained by the Inspector in Form D-7.
