Section 6(3) in Andhra Pradesh Industrial Single Window Clearance Act, 2002
(3)The powers and functions entrusted to the State Investment Promotion Committee as Empowered Committee under the provisions of this Act shall be in addition to the regular powers exercised and functions discharged by the State Investment Promotion Committee.
