Section 14S(3) in West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955
(3)Every bargadar shall, in relation to the land which he is authorised by sub-section (2) to retain under his cultivation, become, on and from the date of commencement of the provisions of this Chapter, [or on any subsequent date] [Inserted by West Bengal Act No. 35 of 1986, published in Calcutta Gazette, dated 12.5.1989, w.e.f. 12.5.1989.], a raiyat.
