1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Establishment of New Medical College, Opening of New or Higher Course of Study or Training and Increase of Admission Capacity by a Medical College Regulations, 2019.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
