1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.4 for concluding the demarcation proceeding that have been drawn so far as land belonging to the petitioner in Khasra No.36/4, P.H. No.108/48, measuring 0.048 Hectare at Fafadih, Tehsil and District Raipur.

2. According to the petitioner, his application for demarcation is pending since 07.05.2010 onwards and the last order sheet was that of 04.07.2019 which means that the matter is pending for more than 9 years.

3. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to consider the application of demarcation filed by the petitioner in respect of the aforementioned property at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
