Section 2(b) in Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence Act, 2018
(b)"Agenda Matters" means all the matters and businesses to be designated in the Statutes each of which can be either included in the Agenda or be taken up for discussion and decision at a meeting of the Board of Governors or the Board of Management or Academic Council or other Authorities of the University or any Committees, as the case may be, only subject to the prior written approval of the Chancellor, consenting to the passing of such matters and businesses at such a meeting;
